I was told this statement in the early days of the Internet by an education professor who was hip to the idea the the Internet would be more than a passing fad.  Although the truth of the statement is open to debate, its practicallity is not.  The categories / pages of links below reflect my variety of interests.  If you come across a great sight I might find interesting, please let me know.
